The main purpose of the role is to design/develop/produce innovative learning solutions for Warwickshire Police, to maximise the use of technologies in the delivery of learning solutions. To manage the force(s) MLE domain(s) and local learning management systems ensuring effective performance and data quality.

Main Responsibilities:

Day to day project management, implementation and development of innovative, web, mobile and other learning solutions.

To be force lead for Warwickshire Police regarding the NCALT MLE, local Learning Management Systems, social and mobile learning solutions.

To ensure that data and information held within Warwickshire Police MLE Domains and Learning Management systems are managed in accordance with good practice and agreed policy and procedure and that data security is maintained.

Ensure learning solutions meet relevant SCORM industry standards, legislation and QA. Including diversity, accessibility and skills based learning requirements and comply with relevant acts, policy and procedure e.g. data protection.

Liaise with trainers, subject matter experts and force leads to share knowledge and best practice for blended design and delivery.

To provide level two technical support to MLE and LMS users and to liaise with external system suppliers for level three support.

To write formative and summative assessment level multi choice questions

Represent Warwickshire Police at regional and national learning collaboration projects

To develop a range of tailored interventions that further embed 70:20:10 L&D operating model

To undertake other duties commensurate with the nature, level of responsibility and grading of this post, as required.
