Location – Hindlip Hall, Worcester

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and proactive Facilities Coordinator to join the Estates Team of the Office of Police and Crime Commissioner West Mercia Police.  

The principle responsibility is to support the Estates Team to ensure the Estate is safe, maintained to the highest standard and in line with all relevant statutory requirements/legislation, whilst ensuring the best level of customer service through the delivery of Facilities Management services. 

In this role you’ll work closely with Facilities Managers and Head of Facilities to support all Facilities activities across the Estate. You will act as the local point of contact / liaison for external suppliers and consultants, monitor the on-site activities of contractors/ suppliers and report on repairs and maintenance activities and programmes. 

As Facilities Co-ordinator you will also be responsible for raising/managing purchase orders and contracts, compliance, office operations, managing external contractors and record keeping. 

In addition, you will be managing the CAFM system, monitoring jobs releasing jobs and running reports for the Facilities Managers and Head of Facilities to analyse. Therefore, experience of CAFM or similar property management systems is essential.  

Experience within the Property & Facilities sector is also essential. 

Extensive experience of using Microsoft packages and willingness to undertake relevant training. Previous remote working experience would be desired but please ensure you have the ability to settle in to an organisation quickly with minimal supervision and hit the ground running.
